About me
My name is Christian Tschierske. I was born on April 7, 1983 in Bad Salzungen / Thuringia.
I have lived in Teutschenthal / Saxony-Anhalt since 2022.
I first came into contact with art in 2005-2008 during my training as a chef, when I attended seminars with Urs Regli from 2006, in his lifetime a world-renowned pastry chef. Later a close friendship developed between us. These seminars were about creating appealing showpieces from the simplest possible materials and means.
This ultimately also results in my style of painting, which I have been pursuing intensively since 2018. Namely, to simplify the forms as much as possible. So simple that even a 3-4 year old child can do something with my pictures. Nevertheless, the pictures should also appeal to adults of all ages. I also rely on strong, but stylish contrasts.
The whole thing can be classified as stylized art, somewhere between naive, real and abstract art. By simplifying the forms, it is ultimately also very expressionistic. Everything seems surreal, like from another world. The goal of the whole thing is not to represent something perfectly, but to invent something completely new and to present the whole thing in its own unique style.
