Shipping methods

Shipping is handled by my logistics partner MBE Service in Halle (Saale).

Shipping includes professional packing and insured shipping with UPS

Shipping costs are divided into zones, such as:

within Germany for 50 euros,

large parts of the EU 80 euros,

Europe outside the Schengen area €125,

As well as the rest of the world for 200 euros

Self-collection is also possible.

If you are ordering from a country outside the European Union, please note the current customs and import regulations of your country, as any customs duties and import sales tax cannot be covered.

This is important information for returns from countries outside the European Union (e.g. the USA, China, Switzerland or the United Kingdom). To ensure that your return arrives smoothly and is not returned to you at your expense, please note the following points:

1. Correct customs declaration

Please label the parcel and customs documents (CN22 or CN23, the relevant form is enclosed with the shipment) as follows:

• Description: ‘Returned Goods
• Reason for shipment: Select the ‘Returned Goods’ field.

2. Avoiding costs

If the parcel is not clearly marked as a return, German customs will charge fees (customs duty and import VAT). The recipient points out:

• These costs will not be covered.
• Parcels with customs charges will not be accepted and will be automatically returned to you.

3. Return address

Address the parcel precisely to:

Tips for shipping:

• Enclose invoice: Attach a copy of the original invoice to the outside of the parcel in a transparent envelope and clearly mark it ‘RETOURE’ (return)..
• Tracking: Use a shipping service provider with tracking so that you can check the delivery status at any time.
