Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

Withdrawal via the online function
Consumers have the option of using the electronic function provided for this purpose in the online shop to withdraw from the contract.
The button for exercising this right can be found in the shop’s footer under the heading ‘Withdraw from the contract’.
Once the function has been activated, the user is redirected to a confirmation page. Once the submission has been successfully processed, an electronic confirmation of receipt is sent immediately to the email address provided by the user.”
The right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB).
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Returns from non-EU countries must be declared as ‘returns’ or ‘returned goods’ on customs forms CN22 or CN23. The relevant customs form is enclosed with the shipment. Otherwise, customs duties and import sales tax will be incurred, which cannot be covered.
Please note: Shipments that incur costs due to incorrect customs information (customs duties/import sales tax) cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
